This website privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") describes www.gesume.com’s (hereinafter referred to as "Gésumé", "Site" or "Website") policy on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of the services delivered through, via, and by the Website and other accompanying medium.

In this Policy, the term "service" means collecting information about individual and corporate users of the Website; collecting information about individuals and their professional profiles; collecting information about corporates and their job vacancies; aggregating, analyzing, and visually, verbally, transcription and contextually presenting such collected information, helping users find and connect each other, enabling users to communicate with each other for networking and recruitment purposes, enabling users to receive communications about their established and potential fields of interests.
Use of Website services commences with the formal process of user account creation. This is followed by users’ providing more information about themselves and/or their organizations, formally creating their profiles, and where applicable their job vacancies. The Website provides tooling for users to find each other based on their profile and vacancy parameters and their search criteria. The Website also provides tooling for users to interact with each other. Additionally, the Website provides tooling for users to set their functional settings, and preferences. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services").
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1st January 2024 and Gésumé reserves the right to update, change, amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and said changes will be effective upon posting. Every time there is a change, we will display a notice on our Site thereof. We may also notify you by email, at our discretion. We will use your personal information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information unless you consent to the new or revised policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may provide while on such third-party websites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies on those third-party websites before providing any of your information on such sites.
Gésumé Websites: All websites, subdomains, aliases, mobile applications, background applications, web services and embedding in third-party websites where the service Gésumé is available.
